NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF A ZONING BY-LAW BY
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CARLING

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Carling passed By-law No. C500-2011 on the 14th day of November, 2011 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P13.

THE PURPOSE of Zoning By-law No. C500-2011 is to replace Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. C400-2000 as amended.

THE EFFECT of Zoning By-law No. C500-2011 is to regulate the use of land in the whole of the Township of Carling in accordance with the Township’s Official Plan.  Zoning By-law No. C500-2011 requires all new building, subdivision of land and uses of land to be in accordance with the provisions set out in the By-law.
